La Chef Jacqueline Henr\u00edquez ha compartido una receta hacer un sabroso bacalo guisado -al estilo criollo- y lo primero que recomienda es desalarlo.<\/p>

Luego hay que sofre\u00edr en aceite caliente aj\u00edes, cebolla, ajo, el atado de cilantro, tomates y el or\u00e9gano, durante 5 minutos.<\/p>\n

Pasado ese tiempo, agregar una taza del liquido del bacalao, cuando rompa a hervir agregar el bacalao y cocinar por espacio de 5 minutos. La chef rectifica que casi no es necesario agregar sal, pero pueden hacerlo al gusto de cada uno. [Vea los ingredientes aqu\u00ed<\/a>]<\/p>\n
