Google se une a la fiesta del 173 aniversario de la I<\/strong>ndependencia de la Rep\u00fablica Dominicana<\/strong> con un Doodle que muestra nuestras m\u00e1s elegantes caracter\u00edsticas naturales, el Parque Nacional Los Haitises. El parque es una pieza \u00fanica de patrimonio Dominicana; la convergencia de la bah\u00eda de San Lorenzo, bosques de manglares y aves como pel\u00edcanos y loros.<\/p>

Cada a\u00f1o, la Rep\u00fablica Dominicana celebra el Carnaval durante todo el mes de febrero – pero ninguno se compara con las celebraciones del d\u00eda de la independencia a finales del mes. En este d\u00eda, las personas desfilan por las calles con los colores de la bandera azul,blanco y rojo, en la que celebran la riqueza de la cultura dominicana, y se comen platos tradicionales como el bacalao, el bacalao o en copos, y mang\u00fa, un plato de pur\u00e9 de pl\u00e1tano.<\/p>\n
